Both rigorous studies and common experience show that in too many ways those in the Christian church in America today act fundamentally the same as do non-Christians. Put simply, there is a deep-rooted deception that says, “I’ve said the Sinners Prayer, I’m saved by grace, now I’m just waiting for Jesus to come back…”
When we fail to LIVE our faith, the world around us suffers — we are neither salt nor light, and truthfully God tells us that faith without action is dead.
Does this mean we have to work our way into heaven? Absolutely not. Works do not save. But the saved work…always.
